Building Management
The McNamara Alumni Center is privately owned and managed by the University Gateway Corporation. The 16-member staff serve the university tenants who office on floors 1 through 6 and facilitate the events that take place in the first floor conference center.

Deliveries/Loading Dock:
Vendors making deliveries to the McNamara Alumni Center can park in the circular drive at the building’s front entrance 200 Oak St. SE. There is a marked 20-minute loading zone. There is also a loading dock located at the southwest side of the building on Walnut Street. Access is only off of Washington Avenue.
Lost & Found:
Lost and found items are kept at the first-floor Information desk in the back of Memorial Hall. Please call 612-626-5793 to inquire about a lost item.
Tenant Services
Each year Building Management hosts a summer picnic and a Valentine’s Day Bingo party for its 800 University tenants. We also offer CPR training, host an occasional Blood Drive, and have a contest for the best Halloween costume.
