Our sales staff answers our office phone Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If we don’t answer, please leave us a message and we’ll do our best to get back to you within 24 hours.

Under Filters, click on the calendar icon to choose the date in which you are interested. That will prompt the list of rooms to display which rooms are booked (gold blocks labeled PRIVATE). The narrow brown strip is the time for set-up and tear-down which may be flexible. If there is no shading, the room is available.

Please include the number of people attending your event, your preferred room set-up, and the date and time of your event. We’ll need at least this information to provide an answer on availability.


When using the online tool above tied directly to our booking software, look at the rooms affiliated with our wedding packages: Memorial Hall and University Hall. University Hall has a capacity of up to 150 guests; Memorial Hall has a capacity of 400 guests. Both rooms can accommodate ceremonies too! We are happy to put up to 2 dates on hold for you—no deposit required!
