Make a Payment

Thank you for hosting your event at McNamara Alumni Center. Please click the button below to submit your venue deposit for an upcoming event or make an invoice payment for your recent event. You’ll be re-routed to McNamara’s payment gateway, Converge, hosted through Elavon. 

What You’ll Need to Submit a Payment

  • For a deposit/pre-payment for an upcoming event:
    Reference the deposit number located on the upper right of your event contract. The deposit amount can also be found in paragraph one of your contract and in the reservation confirmation email sent by our sales team.
  • For a payment toward a past event:
    Reference your invoice number (MAC-#####) located on the upper right of your event invoice.

Processing and Confirmation

A credit card processing fee will not be applied to your transaction; McNamara absorbs those costs on your behalf. Once your payment is submitted, an email receipt will be automatically sent to the email address entered.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmericanExpress. University entities may use a PCard; EFS is not accepted.
