Can only be booked up to 6 months in advance.
For guest counts of 50 people or fewer.
Saturday celebrations must conclude by 1:00 pm.

- Custom set-up including tables and chairs
- 3 hr rental with room access 1 hour prior
- 1 hr ceremony rehearsal the week of the wedding (if held at McNamara)
- Access to the outdoor water feature and plaza for photographs
- Built-in terrazzo dance floor
- Wireless microphone for toasts
- Ceremony AV (podium, lapel & wireless mics)
- House music with 20 channels
- Audio connection for custom playlist
- Wedding party room
- 2 parking spaces on Walnut Street
- Storage the day before
- On-site event staff
Catering for Micro Weddings
All food and beverages for events held at McNamara Alumni Center must be provided by our onsite and exclusive caterer D’Amico Hospitality. This is in addition to your rental of the venue. A $2500 minimum on Fridays and Saturdays applies.

What Could Your Micro Wedding at McNamara Look Like?
Not Quite Right?
McNamara offers a larger, expanded wedding package in University Hall for celebrations of up to 120 people that includes more offerings.
Ceremony Only
The McNamara Alumni Center does not offer a ceremony-only package. Ceremonies can be accommodated but fall under this micro wedding package with the same parameters and offerings as noted above.
